CSD CODE Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of CSD CODE, including its mobile, Windows and Web development tools and related online services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Last updated: October 3, 2026 · Version 1.0

These terms apply to the CSD CODE application and related services. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

1. Service and acceptance

CSD CODE is a development environment and related service published by Cim Studio Dev. It provides project editing and management tools and, depending on your platform and configuration, local or online development features. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and security

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials private and promptly secure your account if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Acceptable use

Use CSD CODE lawfully and only for projects and materials you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, distribute malware, infringe another person’s rights, or use the service to violate applicable law.

4. Your projects and content

You retain the rights you have in your source code, project files and other content. When you explicitly request an online feature, you authorize CSD CODE to process the files, prompts or project context reasonably needed to provide that feature. This permission is limited to operating the requested feature; it does not transfer ownership of your content. Keep your own backups and do not submit passwords, private keys or other secrets.

5. AI assistance

AI-generated explanations and code may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your project. Review and test suggestions before relying on or publishing them. You remain responsible for your code, builds and decisions.

6. Builds and development tools

Compilation depends on the selected target, installed SDKs, project configuration, network services and third-party tools. A build may fail or produce results that require further review. CSD CODE does not guarantee that a project will compile, run, be accepted by a store or meet a particular purpose.

7. Third-party services

Optional features may connect to services such as Google/Firebase, GitHub, package registries or technical providers used for AI and builds. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Your use of them is also subject to their applicable terms. See the CSD CODE Privacy Policy for information about data handling.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, maintain, suspend or change parts of CSD CODE to operate and improve the service, address security issues or meet legal requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes where appropriate. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Suspension and account closure

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or third parties, address suspected abuse, or comply with law. You may stop using CSD CODE and request account deletion using the options described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting an account does not automatically delete local project files or copies you have exported.

10. Paid features

If paid features or subscriptions are offered, the applicable price, renewal, cancellation and other purchase terms will be presented before you confirm the purchase. These terms do not themselves create a purchase or subscription.

11. Disclaimer and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CSD CODE is provided without a guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for maintaining backups and for reviewing code, dependencies and build outputs before use or distribution. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

12. Changes to these terms and contact

These terms may change as CSD CODE evolves. The current revision date is shown above. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law. For questions, contact CSD CODE support from Menu → Account → Contact CSD CODE in the application.
