CSD CODE Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CSD CODE handles information when you use the Mobile and Web IDEs and related services. Local development features remain on your device; online services receive information when you choose to use them.

Last updated: September 28, 2026 · Version 1.0

This policy applies specifically to the CSD CODE application and its Mobile and Web development features.

Controller and contact

CSD CODE is published by Cim Studio Dev. For questions, privacy requests or help with your account, contact CSD CODE support from Menu → Account → Contact CSD CODE in the app. This policy covers the CSD CODE Mobile and Web IDEs and their related services.

Account and sign-in information

When you create or manage an account, the service processes information you provide, including your display name, username, email address and date of birth, as well as information needed to verify and secure your account and session. If you choose Google sign-in, Google and Firebase Authentication participate in authentication; an identity token is sent to the CSD CODE server to link your sign-in to your account. Your password is not added to project files.

Projects and files stored locally

Mobile and Web projects are stored on your device in CSD CODE storage. Their source code, local databases, editor settings and local history are not automatically published online. ZIP exports remain under your control. GitHub receives files only after you configure and initiate a sync.

Zua IA and information you submit

When you use Zua IA, your prompt, conversation context and code excerpts needed to answer are sent over HTTPS to the CSD CODE service. In the Web IDE, access to project context requires your authorization. The app excludes sensitive files such as .env files, certificates, keys, binary databases and the Build folder from the context it sends. The service may retain conversations to show their history and let you continue them; you can delete conversations from their history screen. Do not include secrets, passwords or personal information in AI prompts.

Cloud builds and online features

A cloud build starts only when you request it. Files and build settings needed for compilation, together with technical logs, may be sent to the CSD CODE build service so it can compile your project, show its status and provide the result for download. Web projects are not uploaded merely because you open or edit them. An explicit request to Zua IA sends the permitted context described above.

Support and attachments

If you create a support ticket, the server receives its subject, message, replies and account information needed to handle it. If you choose to attach an image, that image is sent to support. Include only necessary information and hide confidential details before sending.

Third-party services and sharing

Depending on the features you use, the app may communicate with Google/Firebase for Google sign-in, GitHub when you configure syncing, pub.dev when you search for packages, and CSD CODE services for accounts, support, Zua IA and cloud builds. The Zua IA or build service may use technical providers to deliver the requested feature; those providers may process the prompt or code sent for that feature. Please review their policies for their processing and retention practices. CSD CODE does not include targeted advertising in the app.

Storage and security

Connections to CSD CODE services use HTTPS. Session tokens and GitHub tokens are stored in your device’s secure storage; non-sensitive preferences are stored locally. No system can guarantee zero risk. Protect your device, keep the app up to date and do not share your credentials.

Retention and deletion

Local files remain on your device until you delete them or clear the app’s data. Server-side account data, support tickets, conversations and builds are kept for as long as needed to operate and secure the service and meet applicable obligations. You can delete conversations from their history and request account deletion in Menu → Account → Delete my account. Account deletion concerns service-side account data; it does not remove local projects or copies and exports you have already downloaded.

Your choices and rights

You can choose not to use optional online features, deny project access to Zua IA, revoke GitHub access in its settings and sign out. You can edit some account information in Account and contact support to request access, correction or deletion of account-related data, subject to applicable legal and security obligations.

Children

CSD CODE is not designed to bypass age requirements or parental-consent rules that apply in your country. Parents or legal guardians who believe a child has submitted personal information can contact support to request a review.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when app features, services or legal requirements change. The current revision date and version are shown above. If a change is significant, additional information may be provided in the app.
